One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all associated bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

Account Verification Process
In the interest of security and safety, gi999 reserves the right to verify users' identities. During the verification process, you may be asked to provide the following documents:

- A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number confirmation)

Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
- Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed
- gi999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for investigation in cases of suspicious activity
Bonus & Promotion Terms
gi999 offers bonuses and promotions for its users. To enjoy these bonuses, the following terms must be followed.
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Bonus Validity
Each bonus has a specific validity period, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings will be forfeited.
General Bonus Policy
- A user may claim the same promotion only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
- gi999 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus terms at any time.

Gaming Rules

Betting Limits

Technical Errors

Disconnection

Sports Betting Special Rules

gi999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Serious violation of terms and conditions
- Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
- Registration with false information
- Identified as a minor
- Operating multiple accounts
- Suspected money laundering or other illegal activity
- Self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy
Post-Closure Process
If an account is closed due to a violation of terms and conditions, any related bonuses and manipulated winnings will be forfeited. However, the legitimate balance (funds deposited by the user) will generally be returned, unless investigation proves otherwise.
